The platform provides AI-powered research tools for investment analysis. It does not provide investment advice, recommend securities, manage capital, or execute trades. All investment decisions are made solely by the user.

idio collects only the information necessary to operate the platform:
Your data is stored on secured infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties. Each user's workspace is isolated at the operating system level.

idio offers optional SMS notifications to registered platform users for portfolio alerts, research briefings, and filing notifications.
Opt-in: Users opt in to SMS notifications by providing their phone number through the platform or by verbal consent to the account operator. Notifications are only sent to users who have explicitly consented.
Message frequency: Low volume. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Messages include portfolio alerts, daily research briefings, and SEC filing notifications relevant to the user's positions.
